A planning application for a Kaplan style turbine at Weaver's Mill has been lodged with Wiltshire Council.

I'm mildly amused that Trout Cottage is listed as a neighbor when it's (afaik) - part of the property making the planning application..... - guess - which property is not listed as a neighbor or consultee - eh?
The supporting drawings in *my opinion* are absolutely pants - and there is no excuse these days for submitting something hand drawn? and (really badly) scanned - unless one is actually trying to blur the issue.
Quite a lot of redundant verbiage in the application and a raft of relevant things simply not addressed.
